One of the keys to a successful event is high quality, reliable equipment.
At the Hotel Aquino we deliver the right event equipment, ready to use and on time, so that you can give your presentation in a professional, trouble-free manner. The smaller conference rooms are fitted with ceiling-mounted projectors, and the auditorium a high-output projector is available. All the rooms are fitted with high-speed W-Lan. For international, multilingual events, there are in-house interpreter's cabins and a sound system available for up to 300 persons.
There are various different seminar rooms and auditoria in the Hotel Aquino Conference Centre, all with comprehensive and professional conference equipment. For example, our auditorium, with its almost six-metre high ceiling is fully air-conditioned and can completely blacked out. It has its own foyer and can accommodate up to 350 seated guests. It is also possible to divide the auditorium into two halls with up to 200 and 90 seats respectively.
In order to cater to the most diverse demands, there are several other seminar rooms available that can be adapted to accommodate anywhere from 20 to 120 people, according to your needs. These rooms are fitted out with the latest conferencing technology, event equipment and a comprehensive support service.
