Right to data portability

Outsourced data processing

We have entered into an agreement with Google for the outsourcing of our data processing and fully implement the strict requirements of the German data protection authorities when using Google Analytics.

Demographic data collection by Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics' demographic features. This allows reports to be generated containing statements about the age, gender, and interests of site visitors. This data comes from interest-based advertising from Google and third-party visitor data. This collected data cannot be attributed to any specific individual person. Contact form

Should you send us questions via the contact form, we will collect the data entered on the form, including the contact details you provide, to answer your question and any follow-up questions. We do not share this information without your permission.

We will, therefore, process any data you enter onto the contact form only with your consent per Art. 6 (1)(a) DSGVO. You may revoke your consent at any time. An informal email making this request is sufficient. The data processed before we receive your request may still be legally processed.

We will retain the data you provide on the contact form until you request its deletion, revoke your consent for its storage, or the purpose for its storage no longer pertains (e.g. after fulfilling your request). Any mandatory statutory provisions, especially those regarding mandatory data retention periods, remain unaffected by this provision.

 

Conference request (Classic)

When contacting us, the user's details are processed for the purpose of handling the contact request and its processing pursuant to Art. 6 (1) lit. b DSGVO. The user's details may be stored in a customer relationship management system ("CRM system") or comparable inquiry organization. We delete the inquiries if they are no longer necessary. We review the necessity every two years; Furthermore, the legal archiving obligations apply.

Conference request (Classic-Comfort)

When using the Classic-Comfort conference request, the user's details are processed into a PDF with the help of a plugin from ZELFMADE GmbH, Paul-Nevermann-Platz 5, D-22765 Hamburg, which is then sent to the user by e-mail.

A data transfer of your personal data to countries outside the EU or the EEA (so-called third countries) does not take place.

The basis for data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO, which permits the processing of data for the fulfillment of a contract or pre-contractual measures.

4. Matomo

This website uses the open source web analytics service Matomo.

With the help of Matomo, we are able to collect and analyze data about the use of our website by website visitors. This allows us to find out, among other things, when which page views were made and from which region they came. We also collect various log files (e.g. IP address, referrer, browsers and operating systems used) and can measure whether our website visitors perform certain actions (e.g. clicks, purchases, etc.).

The use of this analysis tool is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO. The website operator has a legitimate interest in analyzing user behavior in order to optimize both its web offering and its advertising. We use Matomo as follows:

  • IP anonymization
    When analyzing with Matomo, we use IP anonymization. In this case, your IP address is shortened before analysis so that it can no longer be clearly assigned to you.
  • Cookieless analysis
    We have configured Matomo so that it does not store cookies in your browser.
  • Local integration
    We host Matomo exclusively on our own servers, so that all analysis data remains with us and is not passed on.
