Since its opening in 1999, the Hotel Aquino - Conference Centre Catholic Academy has established itself as a firm institution in the Berlin conference and event world.

A wide variety of organisations, companies, clubs and associations from politics, business, church and society entrust us with up to 1,000 events of various sizes every year.

Meeting and conference rooms

The Hotel Aquino - Conference Centre Catholic Academy has a total of 11 conference and event rooms in different sizes, for up to 600 guests. All rooms have plenty of daylight, are equipped with modern technology and were renovated in 2020 & 2021. Of course, the conference rooms have individually controllable air conditioning.

The bright foyers, the spacious outdoor areas and the restaurant Aquin invite you to take relaxing breaks. The heart of the conference centre is the 300sqm/3230sqft Auditorium, with 6-metre high ceilings, a gallery and daylight from two sides.

Catering

Seasonal, regional and fresh - these are the criteria for our new catering selection. "Vital Box", business lunch, organic buffet or festive 4-course menu - with us you will find the right culinary accompaniment for every occasion. Our cuisine is certified organic by the German "Society for the Protection of Resources" and the cooperation with local suppliers and producers is very important to us.

Event technology

An extensive selection of the latest conference technology and our experienced event technology team are at your disposal to ensure that your event runs smoothly. Of course, we will be happy to advise you on the optimal technical design of your event during  the planning process. Should our in-house technology ever reach its limits, we have long-standing and reliable partners who can provide you with, for example, event streaming or the latest interpreting technology.

Accommodation

In addition to 4 single rooms, the Hotel Aquino Berlin has 18 double rooms in the standard category and 18 double rooms in the superior category. Of course, we offer our double rooms at a reduced rate for single use and group bookings receive a flat rate for all room categories. The event team will coordinate the exact allocation of rooms together with you during the detailed arrangements.

Joint planning & transparent cost structure

Our experienced team at the Hotel Aquino - Conference Centre Catholic Academy relies on joint planning of your event, with individual arrangements and solutions, for a transparent and fair cost structure. Instead of the usual "conference package", at the Hotel Aquino Berlin we only charge for the components of an event that you have booked.
